How the Estimate Works

Three steps, no surprises, from the moment you send it to the written scope in your hand.


  1. You tell us the basics

    Name, number, and roughly what is wrong. If you already have photos, keep them handy. A cracked chimney and an open mortar joint are very different jobs, and photos help us tell them apart early.


  2. We call to confirm

    Usually the same day, and within one business day at the latest. We ask about height, access, and how long you have seen the problem, then book a time that suits you.


  3. We put it in writing

    A mason comes out, inspects the masonry properly, and leaves you a written scope and price. If the job falls outside our usual range we explain why before you sign anything.
